I was born and raised in Idaho, surrounded by a loving family and supportive parents who taught me a simple but lasting lesson: if you can help someone, you do it! That value has shaped who I am today. I genuinely love helping others—whether it’s through my work or my personal passions.

One of my favorite ways to spend time is out on the trails with my doggies, my partner and my trail-running community. My desire to always push my limits, naturally led me to ultrarunning. These races test more than physical strength—they require patience, endurance, and creative problem-solving. Finishing an ultra is rarely smooth, but I always find a way forward. The lessons learned on the trail have shaped how I live, work, and connect with others.

I had the incredible opportunity to own a running store for over 10 years. What I loved most was the people—helping them chase their goals and feel confident in their journey. That experience sparked my passion for race directing, where I get to cheer others on as they push their own limits.

Now, I bring that same passion to my work in real estate. Every day, I get to guide people through important transitions—whether finding their forever home or moving on to new chapters. Helping others reach their dreams is still at the heart of everything I do.

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest with a family that moved quite frequently. I learned early in life the joys and challenges associated with moving every couple of years. One of my early coping mechanisms was running. What first brought Holly and me together was our shared passion for long-distance running. And from that, I discovered the joy of having a running community—people from all walks of life who understood the beauty and the freedom on the open trail.

I earned my first real estate license in my early 20s, and I quickly learned that this industry is far from a typical 9-to-5 job. To truly take care of people, I needed more preparation and experience. I began investing in real estate myself, along with learning the ins and outs of renovation.

Eventually, I decided to return to school, and I put myself through college by working in sales. This gave me an excellent foundation in customer service, and I learned the art of listening to other’s needs. After getting my degree I spent the next 30 years building a career in corporate America. I was fortunate during this time to have many opportunities to lead others and helping them achieve their career and life goals.

When Holly and I met out running on the trails there was a recognition of something deeper: shared endurance, patience, and the drive to push boundaries.

Now, as a team, we bring the same perseverance and people-centered focus that shaped our past careers. Because helping someone find their dream home is a lot like running an ultra: there may be unexpected detours; it might get steep; sometimes progress is slow; but a goal achieved is priceless. We go the distance for every client. We listen. We guide. We are there, until the end, when others might give up.
